15 February, 20:00 PM we invite you to Alchemia for long awaited EP premiere from Inqbator – project of Jakub Bugala, whose inspirations come mostly from the cold, dark, but as beautiful as the green one part of Scandinavia. He shared the stage with such artist like Myrra Ros, Coldair or Patrick The Pan, and each time he amazed the audience with a magical combination of melancholy and strength flowing from the scene with each strum of his guitar’s strings.This time, the number of strings will be tripled and the music from EP The Spin, which came out in December 2013, will be presented live in trio.

Natalie Loves You is a polish band formed in 2011. It all started when Natalie has decided that her dream about being a school teacher in local high school who eats only chocolate bars and hugs to her six cats can wait… Apparently she fell in love… But who is the person she gave her heart to? Maybe you will be able to guess by listening to Natalie Loves You and their debut album Words & Lies.

This duo works in a musical landscape where normal conventions are set aside. The interplay is determined by an extreme focus, where the use of very fast and dry playing, shock effect of sudden loudness or sudden silence, kicks the two into a match where they challenge each other in a most intense manner. Internationally acclaimed Polish duo Mikrokolektyw return with their boundary pushing sonic escapades – melding electronic atmospheres, jazz improvisation and rhythmic interplay into their signature sound. The French guitarist-improvisor Noël Akchoté is a frighteningly competent and active
person. He has recorded a lot of music in various styles, he writes about music in the
Austrian magazine Skug, he is the owner of a record label, he produces many different
groups and participates in various projects.

MIO MYO combine singer-songwriter-aesthetics with club culture. Exstatic passages, sophisticated, weightless melodies and cutting edge synths form one level. Smart beats and confident rhythm sequences form another. Hovering above this, is an ethereal voice. Highly emotional lines on profound themes appear just as honest as other passages that mock the absurdity of life with mild sarcasm. The result – lyrical sketches with readiness and wit.

Rob Coffinshaker – leader of Swedish country/psychobilly heroes The Coffinshakers, will play a solo show at Alchemia on December 13.
