Taking the Alchemical stage will be the American king of the trumpet and pioneer of new klezmer music, Frank London with Yoshie Fruchter (USA) and Cukunft (Poland) under the direction of Raphael Rogiński.
Among their guests are Faran Ensemble, Mikołaj Trzaska, Zion80, and, well, anybody who plays, sings, and wants to improvise with the stars of FKŻ can join in.
The Cukunft group are veterans and the unforeseen architects of the young Jewish stage in Poland. Their work is a search for forgotten motifs in the complicated history of Eastern Europe. The most important thing for them is the future and tradition that is its bloodstream—not the museum display case.
